The Public Advice Group (PAC) is committed to privacy for everyone who uses this site. The Data Protection Act requires us to comply with certain regulations, which are designed to ensure that any personal data you provide to us is processed with due care and attention. Please note we do not intend to store, nor do we currently store any credit or debit card details for our clients. All payments are made through paypal, and they will be the Data Controller. Any factfind information will be stored in paper format for a period of one month, to which you have access to at anytime. After a period of one month all personal data will be shredded and destroyed. Personal data is processed as necessary to support your enquiry. Sensitive personal data may be collected and processed only as is necessary to ensure we conform to legal requirements. The Public Advice Centre considers the security and confidentiality of your data imperative. Access to your personal data is only provided to our staff and third parties such as our panel solicitors who help us to process your enquiry. Any policy changes will be posted on this site. |
